      It's a quiet place to work. They feed you a lot of pizza. Pizza incentives instead of raises and promotions.

      Cons

      There are some concerns regarding the work environment that need to be addressed: Unequal treatment and favoritism seem to be prevalent issues. The workplace appears to lack racial diversity, particularly in the context of promotions and opportunities.
