Absolutely no work life balance Unrealistic plans from corporate (Basel), not listening to facts, no will to change what does not work (Don`t bring me problems, bring me solution = which is then rejected...) Leadership lacking management skills, no interest in people Culture driven by corporate - some people in Basel call people in Service centers Monkeys. Even to their face...
