I have learned so much from working there. As a postgrad you are exposed to lots of different aspects of the company. I am now doing something I never thought I would like.

Cons

This company is not for everyone. It's a very competitive type culture, but for me personally this is great.

Works best Tools in the Markets, Streamlined Process, Employee Friendly Environment. Work life Balance is good.

Cons

Due to lack of competition in Hyderabad, the compensation is low when compare to the others in market. No recognitions for the employees who works very hard. Regional Feeling by the Management. Global Management don't have clear idea what's going on here and where the Budget is going on.
