      Promising pipeline. Good compensation and benefits.

      Cons

      Too political with often indecisive leadership. Too many management levels. Line mangers prefer to manage upwards instead of their people/team. Poor work-life-balance.

      You get personal laptop No powe cuts Free cuppuccino You get paid monthly

      No Onsite. And good employees leave frequently. Not Much respect for technical talent. If you are too good, you get so called onsite for couple of weeks. The organisations adaptibility to changing submission related standards is too slow. that leaves you less scope to strenthen your skills. Expectations are unmatchable against the time given. Too many project to handle and you end up innovating nothing. You are always underpaid. Appraisals are decided even before employee feedbaks in most of the cases. They outsource lots of projects and then realise its not working for some unknown reasons. Promotions are base on number of years in current role not based on talent and skills. Processes are complex than rocket science.
