      Pros

      Benefits, salary, company car, competent reps to work with.

      Cons

      Sales tracking data is questionable. Management likes to keep reps in the closet regarding their future, and the future of the companies various divisions.

      Pros

      Good benefits and a good pipeline. They have a work from home policy and flex-time. Free gym and the on-site health care is great.

      Cons

      No job growth, limited career development. Promises of promotions, and then they don't go through when the time comes. Lack of training or definitive policies. Each team does the same task different ways. Poor management.

      it stands and falls with management

      Pros

      international pharmaceutical company, you meet interesting people from all over the world, there would be a potential for a great career if you are lucky to have a self-confident enough manager who is willing to support you.

      Cons

      maybe too big, extremely political and hierarchical, pressure comes right top down, you can end up in a situation where you are stuck for your career development. Management shows little to no interest in people management nor in training and development of their employees. Poor work-life-balance. No interest in retaining their talented employees, there are enough newcomers who are keen to have their jobs.
