- Good benefit package - Good extra activities (volunteering work) - modern offices - some colleagues are friendly

Cons

This company promotes wellbeing and speak up. However if you speak up about harassment, mobbing or anything most probably you will be end up leaving or in a performance review. The HR are there to protect the bully managers and not the associates.. and they openly say it. Work life balance is inexistent in finance, don’t you dare to get sick or you will be shamed for it. Promotions are slow and will only depend in your manager liking you or not. Doesn’t matter how much you work, the company is all about politics and how much dirt you have on someone in Leadership.
