Pros
Novartis was overall, a very good place to work. Very nice campus, challenging, but rewarding work. There are many opportunities to move into various areas of the company. Novartis encourages employees to grow their skills, and will pay for you to attend a class or pursue a degree. Overall, they seem to value their employees.
Cons
During the time I was there, they changed their organizational structure more than once. Having been in the industry, I now realize this is not unusual, but it can greatly impact the productivity of your job.
