      Pros

      Dale and Tim took a chance on me after me having a hard time at my first recruitment firm, they have taken me on and developed me into a consultant within 4 months and have had me billing from the day I started. If I could turn back time this is where I'd liked to have started. They answer my 1000 questions a day without any remarks and they only want the best from us. The atmosphere is super friendly and we all go out as a team at least once a month for food and drinks. they also know how to throw a good party

      Cons

      recruitment isn't for everyone... you need to have a reason why! You must be able to pick up the phone and keep going as you will be rejected 100 times before getting that yes

      Pros

      I've worked for a few recruitment agencies and this one is the best I've worked for. They offer the best commission structure I've seen in the market, they give you jobs to work as soon as you walk through the door as they want you to succeed. They teach you to be the best

      Cons

      No cons so far, the seniors are there to guide and help. There's a lot of experience in the office to learn from, so coming in with a mindset of I want to do well and learn, you'll smash it as this is one of the few agencies that ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR DEVELOPMENT

      Great support and training Friendly staff Excellent commission scheme Long term career development opportunities Management who care about all of the staff.

      Cons

      Recruitment wasn't for me but it if was, Novax is the best place to start your career.
