Most coworkers at my level are hard working and great employees to spend time with. Facility is nice with free drinks and some free food during the work week. I think the new director is trying, at least more than the past directors.

Cons

So called "senior managers" who have been in place for a while are ineffective and actually hold employees back. Managers from the previous project team are usually great, but get stifled by the senior managers. The only way to grow is to leave the Kennesaw site and enter the production realm.
