- Lots of opportunities for recent engineering graduates to climb the company ladder - You can join a global multi-disciplinary network, especially in research - Great salary opportunities for engineers

Cons

- The company varies greatly in terms of culture from region to region - Most production facilities are located far out in the countryside - European locations seem to have very little experience employing ex-pats and this can make life difficult.
