Squeaky shiny offices and good benefits

Cons

Deep leadership problems. They don’t have their act together, the strategy is a mess. No onboarding process, so after the first day you are on your own trying to figure out what, who, when. Toxic culture created by leadership bad behavior.

Good benefits such as health insurance and floating holidays.

Cons

Expectation is that you work 2 job grades above your current pay grade. Don’t expect a raise or title change no matter how hard you work or results you achieve. Forget about a decent promotion as a woman. Novelis likes to hire inexperienced workers so expect to work with people right out of college making lots of mistakes and not seeming like they care.

R&D is a joke. Sales team is even a bigger joke. No chance to advance unless you are a white old school big/ girl culture or a yes man/ woman with a diverse background for optics purposes . Run from this place
