Flexible hours, good people, good benefits, good work life balance, down to earth executives

Cons

It depends on the department but career progression is slower here and it seems like everyone is a level or two lower than they would be elsewhere. All the teams seem understaffed and everyone’s roles seem to encompass 2+ job roles.
