Constant harassment by management, they violate our labor contract and state and federal law and tell you "if you don't like it, leave." Most people are scared to death they are going to lose their job so they won't stand up for themselves. Reduced hourly workforce by over 40% while increasing management by over 50%. Forced to work overtime nearly everyday because there aren't enough people on a shift to run the equipment. Won't allow you to further your education or even let you try to better yourself because you have to work 12 or 16 hours every day. The company provides no training of any value at all. They create management positions to fill with relatives or incompetent operators who are not qualified to do anything. It makes no difference how costly the mistake is that management makes, it's always the hourly persons fault, even when you tell them not to do it and what the result will be. Years of experience and knowledge gained mean nothing to this company. If you refuse to do something they tell you, you will be terminated, even if your life is in jeapordy. I would not recommend anyone work for this company.

Not much focus on quality, too many initiatives kicking off, supply chain relies on forecast not demand. HR is working to satisfy the bosses, not the employees.
