1. The classic “we are family” red flag. They want no boundaries between your work and personal life. They only promote people who sacrifice themselves in every aspect. 2. Double standards for management and reports. Managers get away with everything unless they’ve made someone higher up mad, Then they booby trap your life and build a rock solid legal case for firing you. 3. If you question and challenge company policies, it’s career suicide. You will never be promoted and they make your life miserable in every way so that you hate the job until you leave on your own. 4. The manufacturing sites are disgusting and flat out inhuman work conditions. 5. Depression, anxiety, and autoimmune disorders magically disappeared after no longer working there.
