      Pros

      Alcan/Novelis was an excellent Company with motivated employees aligned to Company goals and targets.

      Cons

      Employees who make the product are kept out of the loop; treatment of active and retirees is disgraceful; benefits changed for retiree life with out any notification. Spouses find significantly reduced life insurance upon death of the retiree....disgraceful...legal???

      Must be a 'chosen-one' for opportunites, once your in the door See co-workers get opportunities with less experience & tenure, just because of who you know See executives receive huge cash incentives, Novelis says they are a '1 Novelis' culture Rules are not the same for all
