      I was honestly starting to lose hope that Kennesaw had a future, but that’s no longer the case. Kennesaw finally has real leadership and the difference is tangible from the front gate to the innovation process. Novelis finally made the right move.

      Middle management still needs improvement and that could be a barrier.

      Toxic work place for some. Building a culture for a place that is not built is hard. But so many people have left good jobs to work for a virtual plant. Some have had to leave their families to train in Brazil with no guarantee that they will have a job when the plant opens. Too many unknowns with no consistent message from leadership. Too much stress is being placed on the current workforce to make sure the mills open on time. Too many short cuts are going to cause huge safety and environmental risks. Expect a lot of turn over in the upcoming years. This place is like any other large manufacturer. They are not special and offer no more than others in the area.
