      Pros

      They take care of everything including the interviews with proxy No need to learn , work and stress out as they will take care of everything for us

      Cons

      less pay due to proxy help Still Need to sign document , even though we pay for our immigration process

      Ambiance, Nature of Work Culture, Working Environment, Employee Values, Work Ethics, Business Structure, are the most positive features

      Cons

      Most of the employees doesn't want to leave, and every one receives best farewell.

      sorry I did not find at least one to mention, I would wonder if they have any

      Cons

      No proper training, They do not know what they are doing, every one working on management side in the organization will over action, they keep telling about ethics but does not follow or have any, Marketing sucks you keep getting many unnecessary calls.
