      Pros

      Great opportunity to grow. The management encourages and gives lot of growth opportunities. They really do their best and extremely supportive during tough situations.Pay is decent. They will increase yearly or on negotiating. Friendly staff .

      Pay increase has to be based on performance and not on negotiation by employee..

      None , even if they have any, It will be a surprise .

      Cons

      Many Everything is awful and abominable experience with this company and the CEO . They hire us and if they can't find project , they blame us for their Incompetency . Training is worst , they put you in some training and suddenly will ask us to learn something different . they don't even know what they want to train and waste our time .
