      Very less salary. They can fire you are any time for any stupid reason. If we ask for an experience certificate, they will ask to extend the bond

      To gain basic knowledge its best organization. I learn all basics of IT , helping leaders, good environment.

      Cons

      salary is too less, we can't even full fill our basic needs , less chances of increment, bond is compulsory for 1 year or 2 year, work load is too high, leaves are too limited if yours leaves are pending and want to apply but if work load is in company then they not accept for any emergency reason .
