      Pros

      It is best company if you are a fresher because they have many areas to work and you can work on new technologies and sharp your skills. To work in environment where the seniors are motivate us every time, it is great experience for me.

      Cons

      It is a startup company you can't expect more salary but you definitely learn more thing.

      Pros

      They sponsor H1B, train and place people in a relatively short time.

      Cons

      1. Make you pay for the H1B costs, renewal costs and lawyer fees. 2. Very low pay even though they make a lot of money on the contracts 3. Health Insurance is a joke. 4. No 401K match 5. They cheat people of their money. I wasn't paid 2 months salary after i let them know of my intentions to leave for a better opportunity.
