Some work from home, work phone provided, more company swag then you know what to do with.

Cons

Immature, childish work environment. Multiple pointless meetings per week. Minimal if any training. Good luck keeping your private live private - people (especially management) like to put you on the spot in front of the entire office to give “fun facts” about yourself and dress up for Halloween before you even have a permanent desk.
