Novocure has a clearly stated and established set of mission, vision, and values, that become an amazing company culture. It is extremely rewarding to work for a company that is so driven by our patient-forward vision. Really amazing benefits, paid time off, vacation time, etc. even was determined as one of the top ten companies to work for in NH in 2020!

Cons

While by choice and not forced onto anyone by their manager, I find that many employees work a lot more than 40 hours/week.

Truly patient centered. They have proven that they care more about the patients than money.

Cons

Not really any cons except that they are growing very fast and might need more employees. This can be seen as a con because the current employees are handling more responsibilities until the new employees are hired.
