This is my first large company experience, and it seems like a very well-oiled machine in terms of on-boarding processes, and all the departments I have worked with so far seem to take ownership over their areas, and are actually excited to help each other. I've been very impressed how helpful people are, especially because of our size. I love the manufacturing mentality - from people on the ground in our plants, to people sitting behind a computer, everyone is very fast-paced and focused on continuous improvement.

Cons

I have worked for this company for 1.5 years, and I honestly have no real cons to share.
