Pros

Good pay, work hours are reasonable, employees are very friendly, Jim Bayze is a very driven and firm leader. You won’t feel belittled or out of place under his supervision.

Cons

Management can be difficult in seeing what problems you face when they aren’t on the floor most of the day, overtime spikes when people start quitting, extremely hot conditions during the summer.

nothing is good about this company, benefits suck

Cons

You do not get breaks, not even to use the restroom. You have to beg to use the restroom. All the cell leads for the most part are extremely rude. Shifts always run short, your forced to work your days off so the rotation schedule you get doesn't mean crap. Management doesn't care about the employees. They want you to change your appointments to work around their schedule. I spent three months here and everyday people were walking out pissed off due to not getting any breaks and being treated like crap. There really hasn't been anyone there for a long time and turnover there is so bad. For $13.00 an hour they expect way to much from people.

No loyalty to good employees but will support the bad ones

Pros

None...the ones who give their all to the job and the company get nothing in return but a paycheck that is half of what you worked because your time card ain't processed right and more work with no incentive: no raise, no bonus, nothing. Plant management sucks and they fired HR lady who was the best thing to happen there.

Cons

Low pay, too much expectation on the good employees and not enough for the sorry ones, promotions for people who don't deserve them and those who do are passed over and lied to
