Great work environment with interesting and helpful team members. Satisfying work that both tests and develops one's problem solving, time management, and customer service skills.

Cons

Sometimes solving these complex issues leads to unsatisfying/unsatisfactory solutions. The difficulty with working with other companies leads to major bog downs in standard work duties.
