It's a large company, going through a major merger there are a lot of challenges and things to figure out, so growing pains though that, but not a lot of cons to this employer.

I think this is a great company that creates a caring and supportive environment. Although the pay isn't as high as I would like it, the company does offer some good benefits and opportunities to grow.

Cons

The only con I would say is the pay, but I feel as if the pay matches the job responsibilities, but like most, it would be nice to be paid more considering they require a college degree.
