The company offers a good work-life balance and a salary that is above average. Colleagues are generally easy to collaborate with and talented. The company's vision is commendable, with a strong focus on becoming more sustainable. As a result, your work often feels meaningful.

Cons

Some managers are outdated in their thinking, making inappropriate jokes about sensitive topics like racism, and finding it amusing. Unfortunately, senior leadership often turns a blind eye to these behaviors. At the same time, due to the flat organizational structure, there are limited opportunities for promotion.

I think this is a great company that creates a caring and supportive environment. Although the pay isn't as high as I would like it, the company does offer some good benefits and opportunities to grow.

Cons

The only con I would say is the pay, but I feel as if the pay matches the job responsibilities, but like most, it would be nice to be paid more considering they require a college degree.
