You get the opportunity to lose all integrity in your work. Just look at the demographics in the reviews. If you’re a white straight man, you’ll have a higher chance of being taken seriously and respected. Retaliation from supervisors and managers from not only your own department but other departments. However they will cover their tracks and lie whenever it’s convenient for them. High deductible insurance plans, other benefits are minimal. Yearly raises are not comparable to the company’s growth.

Novozymes did not even give the chr hansen people an opportunity at jobs. Make no mistake the chr hansen culture we all loved is gone.
