      Extremely poor management that lacks accountability and basic decision-making skills. Inconsistent training between departments and shifts. Major ethical issues surrounding career advancement and product quality standards.

      Friendly staff Laid back Simple work Benefits are okay

      Being surveillanced 24/7 No warnings at all just straight up termination (unless you’re a supervisor then you’ll get a slap on a wrist. It varies depending on the situation) “Safety over production” they love to say but really it’s the other way around because they’ll just end up making you do staggered breaks for the downtime that you’ve had Every shift has the same goal. It doesn’t matter how small your team is or who’s on the floor. Could have only 1 maintenance worker on the floor and they’ll still find a reason to blame ur team for “no production being ran” when clearly our machines are down No appreciation whatsoever
