      Pros

      lots of freedom with advertising and operations. Great training and information on industry.

      Cons

      little to no help from corporate with referrals if you work in a large market. If you don't get insurance jobs it is very hard to be successful. Novus needs to work harder on getting insurance contracts.

      Pros

      They did pay well and provided some high end car washes to make some money. Great technicians who did flawless work so you could back up your sales pitch.

      Cons

      3 weeks until you get your first pay check. Sometimes I wasn't sure if I was going to get paid. Rent at the car washes was often late making the sales team look bad.
