Great work environment. Meaningful task. Corvallis is a lot of fun. Overall, great experience.

Cons

Company was transforming away from being a startup. Thus, growing pains happen from time to time.

Some good people and great CFO and former GC. Great technology.

Cons

Too many folks that have been around the Nuclear space have landed here - dead energy!! Absentee CEO. Run like a Utility instead of a cutting edge technology company.

Pros

Benefits are good, the work is interesting and challenging, the special events are well planned, the location is wonderful if you're an out door person, the town has a great Farmer's Market....

Cons

Too many former D.O.E. employees, don't know how to get the job done...QA is not respected and not given proper authority in the company....Management is seriously suspect and not afraid to lie about almost anything...if you are a female employee, expect disrespect and attempts to intimidate you...they don't want your knowledge, they want you to do their bidding....the list is too long....
