Interesting and challenging work! Cutting edge, first of a kind projects! Some great engineers to work with! Good pay and benefits

None, simple things may take a while due to bureaucracy that comes with nuclear jobs.

The managers were very capable, extremely mature, and balanced individuals with a clear vision and action plan to get there. My coworkers were fun to work with, good to hang out with after work, and decent, hard working people wanting to transform the nuclear energy industry.

Cons

Company funding was shaky and goes through cyclical corrections.
