      Pros

      NuScale has an amazing team of people who are enthusiastic about their work and extreemly knowledgeable. Everyone is always open to working with each other and helping to pursue the goals of the company as one.

      Cons

      Apparently the pay is generally less than competitors.

      High pay. Better work-life balance than most engineering companies. Go here if you want to auto pilot to retirement within 4 years.

      Cons

      Few opportunities for career advancement. High stress work environment. Well-intentioned but out of touch leadership makes questionable and unrealistic strategic decisions.
