Remote work options available which is great.

Cons

Not valued for academic credentials. Management only cares about how many years of work experience you have. Management is highly disorganized and constantly moving the goal post.

The company culture is great, everyone is passionate about their work and the mission. transparency is huge, and open communication is very easy between all levels of the organization.

Cons

First of a kind SMR tech posses a small challenge, but very interesting and fulfilling work that has the opportunity to change the world's energy supply for the better.
