Pros

Competitive pay. I get paid hourly and have the ability to make extra money on incentives. I average $55-60K/year combined as an RM2

Cons

They kind of micromanage what you do. You have to get 3 monthly reviews on how you talk to managers. You have goals you have to meet or eventually you will get in trouble. The incentive system is good for RM2’s but is not fair for the other lower employees.
