      Member Service is very high priority, good potential but needs new management thru out the organization

      Cons

      Mortgage Department needs to be restructured because there's a lot of favoritism and no own measures the department.

      Benefits are comparable to industry.

      Cons

      Top management only focuses on what isn't achieved. If employees make 90% of a goal they are scolded for not making 100%. Middle management is demoralized and burnt out. Workload is crushing and 24/7. They preach work-life balance, but everyone works during their evenings and vacations. I got yelled at because I wouldn't answer emails at night and was told I needed to check in every hour during evenings and weekends. It's so bad that someone was repeatedly smearing feces in the restroom.

      Pros

      People/ co--workers here are great. Benefits are great.

      Cons

      Work load is heavy, but not as bad as other places I've worked- so overall I can't really complain. Plus you get overtime pay witch is nice.
