      Work environment, priority on people, work life balance, management support, everything is just great. Fantastic team that is always trying to improve for our members!

      Great people to work with and a talented IT team. Okay pay and flexibility to contribute and make a difference.

      Cons

      Leadership shifts direction a bit which is understandable to accommodate the members but some projects are deep into research and implementation. This decrease morale to get things done and make a difference.
