Flexible schedule. A good wage to provide in-home individualized care for patients who became ill working in the nuclear industry. Exceptional leadership in the Richland WA branch.

Cons

Charting to Department of Labor standards has its redundancy as well as some double charting for the company software. Beautiful, wonderful patients pass away related to their disease process, leaving an emptiness in both a nurse's heart and work-schedule.

My experience with NCP thus far has been nothing short of fantastic. This company was started by an RN and has flourished. The best attribute of this company is the complete support and resources to the teammates. My onboarding was efficient and thorough. I am supported by my amazing Washington director and given autonomy to best care for my clients. I am very fulfilled in what I am doing to impact the quality of life for the ones in my care. There are other HH companies that I have worked with in the past but nothing compares to NCP. When you get an email from your CEO that says "thank you" it says a lot about the company.
