It seemed to be a positive interview experience. I enjoy that my home base is home, while doing shifts in the patient home. However, I had to ask about a shadow shift and training. Also, the days I applied for and the hours were not what was offered. I feel like it's a bait and switch. I am on the fence right now. remaining cautious

- Leadership: branch leaders are available to assist. They don't micro manage and create a welcoming environment - Patients: we get to provide custom, creative care to the most phenomenal people! We have quality time to really provide care. - Documentation is straightforward, easy to navigate and complete. - Flexibility - there can be some flexibility in schedule - Good life/work balance.. unless you want more hours... you can pick up shifts
