One of our main core values is "we do the right thing" and for us, that means prioritizing our mission (to elevate the standard of care for former atomic workers) over the bottom line. In everything we do, we are committed to ensuring our patients are receiving the quality care they need and deserve. Many of our patients do experience changes in their care hours, both increases and decreases, and these changes are directly reflective of their level of need. The care hours are all approved by the Department of Labor and the EEOICPA program - under which we are a medical provider. We do factor location and geographic standards into our compensation levels, along with experience and qualifications.
