We value feedback, but it's important to address inaccuracies and provide clarity where it's due. The claim that employees were laid off within a week of joining under the guise of a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) is completely baseless. Our PIP process is structured, transparent, and spans a minimum 3 months, with clearly defined checkpoints and manager oversight. It is never used as a shortcut to termination, but rather as a genuine opportunity for improvement and support. Regarding working from the office—this should not be viewed as a punishment. In-person collaboration is often essential for onboarding, training, and alignment, especially during critical phases like project ramp-up or when employees are on the bench. These decisions are made to benefit both team performance and individual growth. Like many companies, market shifts and client transitions are business as usual, but we do not take lightly the decision to let go of employees. We do everything we can to support and retain talent, and any such actions are based on business needs and handled with fairness and consideration. While we recognize that not every experience may be perfect, we also believe feedback should be shared responsibly and grounded in fact. For those with real concerns, we welcome a direct and confidential conversation with our HR team at ops@nucleusteq.com or to our CEO at ashish@nucleusteq.com directly. At NucleusTeq, we remain committed to professionalism, fairness, and continuous growth—for our people and our clients.

Pros

No punch in time at office

Cons

I hope CEO gets to know how unprofessional and stupid his subordinates are. Too much micromanagement and zero support. Management can do anything they want to without any moral thoughts. No parking facility People laid off after just 3 weeks of being hired in name of PIP There's nothing CEO can do to save this sadly, it can just generate money for him nothing more. Company had the caliber to be good data company but management's arrogance won't let it become.

As the CEO of NucleusTeq, I feel compelled to respond directly to this review—not to silence criticism, but to address the clear inaccuracies and tone of hostility that serve no constructive purpose. Let me be absolutely clear: no employee has ever been laid off within three weeks under the excuse of a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP). Our PIP process is formal, structured, and spans 1 to 3 months, with well-defined checkpoints, support systems, and documentation. We do not—and will never—use it as a pretext for arbitrary terminations. We do expect accountability and high standards from our teams, as any serious tech company should. That’s not micromanagement—it’s performance culture. And while we’re not perfect, we do offer support, mentorship, and fair processes for all employees. If there have been gaps, I want to know about them through the proper internal channels, not through anonymous and inflammatory accusations. To suggest that the company "only generates money for the CEO" is not only false—it’s insulting to the hundreds of people who work hard every day to build something meaningful here. I, and the leadership team, are fully engaged in building a company that creates opportunities, delivers innovation, and treats its people with fairness and respect. I understand that emotions can run high, especially during transitions or challenges. But this kind of personal attack and misinformation doesn't help improve anything—it only spreads bitterness. If there are real issues to discuss, my door remain open, You can reach out at ashish@nucleusteq.com We are building NucleusTeq with a long-term vision, and I remain committed to that journey—with integrity, transparency, and resilience, Ashish Baghel CEO- NucleusTeq
