Pros

The health benefits are okay.

Cons

NucleusTeq has a dreadful work atmosphere where there’s nothing but negativity. We have very toxic and hostile managers here who verbally abuse and insult employees all the time. Working with this level of toxicity and negativity will surely destroy your mental and emotional well-being.

Pros

- Working on cutting-edge technology like data and cloud. - A lot of push for innovation and value creation. - Highly technical environment ( Sadly, Can't fool anyone in higher order, they can anytime say let's look at the design and code). - Well-paid, no-nonsense culture, talent gets visibility and growth. - Too much competition to outperform others in innovation, it is a good learning environment if somebody is interested in learning new paradigms of Data world and Gen AI space. - Not for 9-5 guys and who can't learn.

Cons

- Always, somebody will be innovating, and you will be pressured to do something better than them to get recognition. - Can look at more remote options for employees, though the office is a good working environment and enjoyable, in post-COVID times, the return to the office has taken a back seat. I think leadership needs to consider it. - Seniority doesn't matter if you can't deliver or innovate. - Too much innovation and ppl need time to gear up, more support towards preparing for new technologies.
