Pros

Joined recently as a software engineer working for a key banking customer. The company culture is pretty open and easy going. I am working on large platform dealing with very complex data engineering challenges in Spark, Python, Java. Also got exposure on the banking domain.

Cons

we meet once every month at the NT office. It will be s good idea to create more peer group meeting opportunities.
