pay is higher than most manufacturing but that's been dwindling

Cons

Lots of moving goalposts, promises made are not promises kept, way too much overtime, poor vacation pay, vacation is not guaranteed, pay is not keeping up with competitors, profit sharing is half what it used to be, they own you in other words your days off are not always your days off, get to work in the dark get home in the dark
