      Great pay and overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      Can demand a lot of extra time. Evolving culture leaving something special and becoming very corporate. Shifting responsibilities from the top down to the bottom. Responsibilities at bottom increasing. What was once a for the steel worker by the steel worker company has become another stock/money farm. Hear about stock holders frequently.
