Pros

Big on safety. Good pay, stock options & benefits. Treats people well. Big corporate culture which is good. People are not afraid to make application changes to systems. Work hard and play hard.

Cons

Working hours can be hectic during maintenance. Some of the workplaces are remote. 10 years wait time for 3 weeks of vacation which is a lot.
