Absolutely amazing company. I loved working here!

Cons

Not a lot of growth for HR professionals. If you are in operations the sky is the limit, In HR however HR Manager is the limit. There are no clear growth paths for HR professionals and it is very difficult to move into higher lever department manager roles.
