The profit sharing has only gotten smaller and with the current and future grades of steel to produce the bonus pay system has also been a decrease in pay as those grades are harder to produce which slows production/pay but they have a higher profit putting any loss in dollars on the employee side. Advancement is basically moving goalposts, new manager equals new requirements and managers probably average 3 years at location then move elsewhere so good luck with that
