Pros

I got a good pair of boots from the boot truck.

Cons

Insane leadership. Ridiculous processes. Zero accountability for Management. Most do not have to to their job, the company rides on the shoulders of a few people.

Pros

The culture at Nufarm makes for a comfortable work environment. From the GM to his leadership team the people are approachable and trust-worthy. The company is growing and it's nice to be part of the upward trajectory. They're reinvesting in the operational and IT infrastructure to help keep up with the times.

Cons

As the company grows from a small industry player to a medium- industry player personnel is stretched and forced to wear many hats - roles/responsibilities & processes aren't always clearly defined. As in all walks of life, there are a few bad apples but the good people very much outweigh the bad. Working remotely here and there isn't encouraged but also is not completely rejected. Agility and being able to respond to customer demand is a point of pride for the company but it often results in scrambling to changes on the production schedule and fire drills.

Great healthcare insurance, free soda and coffee, always free food, CEO is AMAZING and friendly.

Cons

No room for growth, people are not treated equal, pay is OK
