      Pros

      Family owned company, which means smaller work force, which means much more recognition for hard work. Many incentive programs for extra cash for great service. A young dynamic work force which creates a fun college-esk vibe in the store. Holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving are paid holidays. Lots of growth potential for those who seek it.

      Cons

      None so far, been working for a few months with Nugget and have thoroughly enjoyed the job without any complaints.
